The original homestead of the four, The Treehouse sits up among the canopy — three bedrooms, five beds and room for eight, with the gum trees at eye level and the Basin glinting through the branches. It’s the retreat for the whole crew: grandparents, kids, old friends who all wanted to come.

Mornings start on the elevated deck with kookaburras for company. There’s a full kitchen for proper family dinners, two bathrooms so nobody queues, and enough quiet corners that everyone can find their own quiet space.

The estate is yours to share — the boardwalk to the water, kayaks and paddleboards at the edge, and the firepit for the evenings that run long. And being the highest of the four retreats, it has the best water views on the whole estate — the Basin glinting through the canopy from sunrise to dusk.
